Nagpur: Following spate of fatal road accidents being witnessed in city, a 16-year old boy, working as cleaner of a travel bus, lost his life in a bizarre mishap near Bhandeplot Square on Thursday morning.

The deceased, Tejas Arun Narule (16), native of village Sathgaon, Tehsil Chimur, District Chandrapur, was working as cleaner in Ata-E-Taj Travels. On Thursday around 10.40 am, a bus (MH-40/DG 0622) of the travel company took passengers and was going towards Bhandeplot from Shitala Mata Square in Sakkardara police jurisdiction. While the bus was moving, Tejas stuck out his head from door of the bus near Taj Darshan Sales Furniture shop. At the precisely same time, a tractor trolley (MH-31/AH 7549) laden with iron goods passed through the spot. A wooden rafter tied with the tractor hit Tejas on his head with forceful impact. As a result Tejas lost balance and fell on road from the running bus and died on the spot.
