Nagpur: A 13-year-old girl was reportedly molested in Kalamna area on Friday by a middle-aged man.
According to information, 13-year-old victim was alone in house on Friday at around 4 pm when accused Rappu, aged 35, barged into the house and tried to outrage her modesty. The accused then threatened to kill the girl. A case was registered after a complaint was lodged by the victim’s mother. Cops have registered an offence under sections 354, 506 (a) of the IPC read with sub sections 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and booked the accused.
