11:30 am: As soon as the House reassembled after the 10-minute adjournment, Opposition members marched towards the well of the House and started raising slogans in favour of relief measures for farmers and against any discussion. A designated member who occupied the Speaker’s Chair told the agitating members that the Government is holding talks with all-party leaders in Speaker’s chamber to break the impasse.
However, amid the chaos the Question Hour continued. When the Opposition members refused to backdown, the House was adjourned again till 12 noon.
