10.45 am: The Independent MLA from Achalpur, Omprakash Babarao Kadu alias Bacchu Kadu, arrived at Vidhan Bhavan in his own style. The MLA grabbed the headlines when he climbed an overhead water tank with his supporters and threatened to jump down if the police apprehended them in December 2006. Bacchu Kadu is known crusader of handicapped persons and fights for their rights.
