Nagpur: A 10-year old girl was found burned in her house under mysterious circumstances on Sunday. The girl was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) but succumbed to her injuries the same day while undergoing treatment.
The deceased has been identified as Krutika Naresh Bhivgade (10), resident of Saraipeth, Ashok Chowk, Ajni area. Krutika was alone in her house on Sunday. She was found burned around 11.30 am under mysterious circumstances and was immediately taken to GMCH by family members. However, Krutika died of her burn injuries at 6.30 pm on the same day while undergoing treatment.
Ajni API A C Mohankar, based on information, has registered a case of accidental death and launched an in-depth investigation into the reason and circumstances leading to burning of Krutika.
