Nagpur News: One more body was pulled out from the Gandhi Sagar Lake (Shukrawar Talav) “forcing” Nagpur citizens to call a “Death Lake.” Just two days ago two bodies including a student’s body were found floating, and subsequently, retrieved by the diver Jagdish Khare, renowned for recovering bodies.

According to police, body of a youth was found floating in the lake. The diver Khare pulled out the body and brought to the shores. The identity of the youth was made possible by the driving licence found in pant pocket as Nilesh Tanba Khadgi (29), resident of Old Mangalwari. It is assumed Nilesh committed suicide by jumping into the lake. The body was found this morning. The Ganeshpeth police were informed and in return police summoned Jagdish Khare to retrieve the body.  The relatives of Nilesh, too, reached the spot after getting information about Nilesh. Police completed the paper works and sent the body for post-mortem. However, the reason behind Nilesh taking the drastic step could not be ascertained.
