Industrial visit for Mechanical Engineering students of Govindrao Wanjari College of Engineering & Technology (GWCET), Nagpur was organized recently at Bajaj Steel Industry Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur. The Industrial visit was escorted by Prof.R.K.Vidhate. The Students of III sem Mechanical Engg visited a unit of the Bajaj Steel Industry Pvt. Ltd., Imamwada, Nagpur. Students acquired basic knowledge of machining process like surface grinding, slotting, turning, painting & assembly and received good exposure of the industrial field. Visit was successful under the guidance of Dr. S.S.Uttarwar, Vice Principal and HoD, Mechanical Engineering Department, Prof. M.S.Motghare, Prof. N.H.Chahande, and Prof. L.J.Patle. Department of Mechanical Engineering is thankful to Adv. Abhijit Wanjarri, Secretary, Amar Seva Mandal’s and Principal Dr. Sadanand B. Deshpande, Principal of the institute for their valuable guidance & support.
