Nagpur: In a bizarre incident three drunk youths speeding up a car thrashed a bike borne youth after the latter brushed past their vehicle on busy stretch in Sadar. This act fumed the onlookers who in turn beat up all the three. Meanwhile Sadar police rushed to the spot but the three youths managed to slip from the crowd and fled away.
Sources informed that the three youthson board a car were racing towards Sitabuldi from Sadar area when the biker came into their way and accidentally brushed the car in a bid to save himself from the rashly driven four wheeler. Irked over this, the three youths intercepted him and hit him badly.They started raining blows and fisticuffs on the poor hapless motorcyclist.
When the on-lookers noticed the incident, they got irked and within seconds, the crowd caught hold of the three youth and started raining blows on them and beat them black and blue. After that the three youth started fighting among themselves and started beating each other.
The three drunken were riding an expensive sedanand were reportedly driving at very high speed. Since the driver of the car was moving in a zig-zag fashion, a motorcyclist hit the car slightly.
The traffic was briefly affected but no one intervened. When the news was relayed to the control room, they in-turn relayed the news to Sadar Police Station. However, by the time the cops arrived the accused drunken youth had fled the scene.
