Wadi police have booked a youth on the charges of forcibly entering in a house and molesting a 23-year old girlon Tuesday night.
According to police, the accused has been identified as Anil Ashok Patil (22), a resident of Wadar Wasti, Durg Dhamna, Wadi. The 23-year old girl, probably alone, was sleeping near the door of her house located in the area. Taking advantage of the situation, the accused entered her house forcibly at around 11.30 pm and tried to outrage her modesty. However, the sudden development woke up the girl who started shouting for help. The girl’s shout forced the accused flee the spot.
The girl immediately lodged a complaint with Wadi police against the accused Anil Patil who have booked him under Section 354 of the IPC and probing the matter further.
