Nagpur: Jaripatka police have booked a youth and his brother-in-law for molesting a 15-year-old girl on October 23.
According to reports, the 15-year-old girl was shifting to her new house with her family on October 23 at around 1.30 pm. The accused Pradeep Borkar and his brother-in-law approached the girl while she was standing downstairs her old house. The accused came near her and asked her not to leave the house. When the girl asked the men to behave, they started hurling profanities at her way and threatened her. The men then stalked the girl and continued harassing her with their foul language. The girl then narrated the incidence to her parents who on Monday approached Jaripatka police and lodged a complaint against Pradeep and his brother-in-law.
Cops have registered an offence under Sections 354 (D), 504, and 506 of the IPC against the accused. Further investigations are under way.
