Nagpur News : Nandanvan police booked a youth for attacking a middle-aged man and attempting to kill him on Thursday. The injured person has been admitted to Care It Hospital.
According to information, the complainant Dinesh Vitthalrao Sakharkar (35) is a milkman and on Thursday he was on his bike selling milk to his clients at Yogeshwar Nagar, near Sontakke’s house. Accused Jeetu Hajzare (22), a resident of Dighori, called out to Dinesh using indecent. Dinesh asked Jeetu to behave himself and not to use indecent language. Enraged over this, Jeetu took out a knife and stabbed Dinesh in abdomen. Onlookers raised an alarm and informed Nandanvan police about the incidence.
Cops rushed t the spot and sent the injured Dinesh to hospital where he’s undergoing treatment. On the basis of the statement given by Dinesh, Nandanvan police have registered an offence under Section 307 of the IPC.
