Nagpur News : A youth was arrested for outraging the modesty of a young girl under the jurisdiction of Yashodhara Nagar police station. The incident occurred on Sunday afternoon.
The victim, in her complaint alleged that she was talking to her friend in front of her house on Sundayafternoon. The accused Vilas Keshav Gakwad (30), a resident of Dhammanand Nagar, approached her and forcefully took her in the nearby lane and tried outraged her modesty.
On the victim’s complaint, cops have arrested Vilas and slapped charges under Sections 354 (a) and 2 of the IPC.
