Accused had taken video of her taking bath in his mobile phone
Nagpur News: A lady aged 31 years, and a resident of Hudkeshwar area was molested at her home by the accused taking a video of her taking bath with a mobile phone.
According to police sources, on May 12, 2014, the victim was taking bath when the accused neighbor identified as Yogesh Radheshyam Pahade aged 34 years, and a resident of Chandanshesh Nagar, Hudkeshwar had allegedly kept the mobile phone on the video recording mode in the ventilator of the bathroom to take a video of the victim taking bath. When the victim noticed the mobile phone, she raised a hue and cry. Assuming that the accused may use the video to blackmail her, she rushed to the Hudkeshwar Police Station and registered a case against the accused. The Hudkeshwar Police, while giving top-priority to the case, immediately registered a case against the accused Yogesh Radheshyam Pahade under section 354 (K) of IPC and arrested him.
