Nagpur: A few days ago, a married woman was abducted by dragging into a car in broad daylight. The accused had assaulted the husband before abducting the wife. On the basis of the complaint of the husband, the Police Sub Inspector Raut of Jaripatka Police Station had registered a case of abduction and initiated an investigation into the incident. The cops of Jaripatka Police Station had kept the incident a secret. When they could not get any leads into the case, they revealed the news.
According to police sources, the wife of the victim a resident of Jaripatka area was abducted by an accused identified as Sachin Thakre along with two accomplices on December 1, 2016, by dragging her into the car. The accused had also bashed up the victim before abducting the wife.
The accused had also threatened that he is taking his wife since he is going to marry the victim’s wife. The victim rushed to Jaripatka Police Station and lodged a complaint against the accused. However, the police have got no leads into the accused in the case.
This is probably the first case where some accused have abducted a married woman to get married to her. The cops of Jaripatka Police is investigating into the case.
