Nagpur: WICASA, Nagpur Branch with the help of very renowned CA S. P. Tulsian, Mumbai, as Guest Faculty helped the CA Students to have a remarkable Saturday by organizing an Interactive Meet. The theme of this meet was “Add Wings to Your Dreams” and CA Students really found their due guidance which in the long run will help them to achieve their dreams in their professional lives.
CA. Kirit Kalyani, Chairman, Nagpur Branch of WICASA, welcomed the dignitaries and a large number of CA Student friends. He informed the CA Students about various forthcoming events of WICASA 2016. He appealed the students to take benefit of various programs including Full Day Seminar on Bank Branch Audit on 22nd of March. He also appealed the students to take benefit of Ongoing Test Series for CA IPCC & Final Students. Holi Milan and other cultural events are planned to add more colours of joy to the lives of CA, he added. Before signing off, he added that Nagpur CA students are lucky enough to have an elite personality to guide them to get qualified as a Chartered Accountant and also about the various opportunities available after one becomes a Chartered Accountant.
CA. Swapnil Ghate, Chairman of Nagpur Branch of ICAI, after duly welcomed the guest faculty CA. S. P. Tulsian and large number of students, applauded the work of Team WICASA for the benefit of CA Students. Sharing his personal experiences, Chairman, CA Swapnil Ghate, guided the students to remain disciplined in life and explained the importance of good guidance and due motivation. He appealed the students to take benefit of all academic and extracurricular activities of WICASA, Nagpur, which in the long run is helpful for the overall grooming of the student during the crucial period of articleship itself.
CA. Abhijit Kelkar, Past Chairman & Regional Council Member from Nagpur, congratulated Team WICASA for organizing such a successful event in a very short span of time. He told the students that they are fortunate enough to listen to such prolific speakers live at our doorsteps. He also got down the memory lane and shared that during their student lives, they could read about such personalities only in newspapers, magazines, etc. He, in his unique style appealed and convinced the CA Students, to remain in touch with WICASA & the Nagpur Branch of ICAI, being the best branch at National level & so that all the dreams can be achieved effectively.
CA S. P. Tulsian, the renowned Investment Guru of our Country & Great Motivator, very effectively addressed the gathering. He also acknowledged the enthusiasm and concentration level of the students.
He gave gist of his great experience & success, with open heart, in the short span of time and mentioned that, for Adding Wings to Dreams, one needs to follow the 3C’s namely: Concentration, Conviction & Conquer. CA Tulsian stressed on the fact that focus and concentration mixed with passion & commitment is of utmost importance. He urged the importance of exploring the prospects of every industry, so that the process of decision making gets easier in the long run. The session was very lively and interactive and the students were not ready to allow pause of even a minute to CA S. P. Tulsian. On being asked, CA Tulsian quoted, “Compromising with principles leads to failures.” Finally, he added that dreaming about being successful in life is must but it should be supported by concrete goal also. In short, the desire to do something, a positive attitude towards well planned goal and the 3C’s lead to definite success, he added.
CA Students being Harmanraj Kaur and Viral Patel, having answered the questions from within the deliberation, were duly acknowledged by WICASA 2016, as the Star Students of the Interactive Meet.
The Secretary of WICASA, Shivani Sarda, aptly coordinated the Meet while Lokesh Amlani, Vice-Chairman, WICASA, proposed the formal vote of thanks to all present in enabling the meet a very successful one. Prominently present on the occasion were CA. Umang Agrawal, Secretary of Nagpur Branch of ICAI & WICASA Convener, CA Disha Jogani, CA. Ankita Bajaj and more than hundred CA Students.
