It is Khana Khajana, just off the Kamptee road, which right now is the best kept secret for great Punjabi food which compares on the spicy meter with your most favourite Saoji fare…owner Paramjit Singh, a Nagpurian himself, knows very well our city’s love affair with spice. So he has come up with authentic, typical – and some unique – Punjabi food too with some extra spice and zing to it.
You all have ‘dal makhani’ with nan or roti, right? Try a dryer version here to go as snacks with your drink , you’ll forget all the earlier dal dishes you have ever imbibed. This dal will make you forget even non veg curries – that’s our promise.
Or try their garlic chicken tangdi kebab – or fish fry or tandoori chicken; its out of this world. I was witness to a 10 years old cute little girl, forgetting the mobile-app games on her dad’s cell, to attack the chicken with two full butter nans, which she would not share even with her brother. If that’s what Khana Khazana fare can do to a child, imagine your fate?
