WCL welcomes Project Affected People and Rural youths for Free Skill Development Training

Nagpur: To contribute its share towards society as responsible corporate citizen, Nagpur based Miniratna Public Enterprise, Western Coalfields Limited had recently started skill development centers in Nagpur, Chnadrapur & Chhindwara districts under CSR. WCL is imparting training for Project Affected People and Rural youths in occupations related with coal mining, fitter, electrician, motor winder, turner, machinist, welder, data entry operator, mobile repairing and for ladies beautician, tailoring etc.

The one month training programme is free of cost to all eligible participants, where insight about the trade is given with three weeks on the job training and classroom training and one week classroom training, where as few courses would attract one month class room training. After training a certificate ‘ll be issued and job assistance ‘ll also be provided.

The idea is to enhance employability potential of eligible candidates and to encourage entrepreneurship pursuit in them.
