Quality is our Priority – WCL
Nagpur: ”Quality Month” is being observed in Nagpur based Miniratna public sector Western Coalfields Limited under the leadership and guidance of its Chairman-cum-Managing Director Shri Rajiv R. Mishra. The theme of the quality month is “QUALITY COAL AT ANY COST”. On the occasion of Quality month, various workshops will be organized in all command areas of WCL on coal quality. Visits to the nearby Thermal Power Plants and Quality Oath and other activities will also be organized during the month to ensure customer satisfaction through good quality.
General Manager (Quality Control) Shri R.G. Swarnakar told that WCL is committed to continuous improvement in system functioning, with emphasis on customer satisfaction, assured supply of quality coal and optimization of resources. Quality is our Priority.
