Nagpur: In a meeting of Members of Mihan Task Force, Maharashtra Airport Development Corporation Ltd (MADC) and Mihan Unit-holders it was brought to the knowledge of Task Force Members that taking into consideration emergency services including medical facilities an Ambulance should be allotted at Mihan, whereby Task Force Member & secretary of Vidarbha Taxpayers Association (VTA) Tejinder Singh Renu was allotted the responsibility to pursue this matter.
Taking this task a delegation of VTA led by its president J. P. Sharma met newly appointed District Collector Sachin Kurve and welcomed him by presenting flower bouquet.
Tejinder Singh Renu appraised the necessity of ambulance at Mihan to District Collector, that various time foreign companies/groups including reputed national companies delegations visit Mihan as potential investors for their project and they carry Risk Assessment of area, wherein no medical facility generates adverse marks for Mihan.
Understanding the intensity of the medical facility in Mihan, Collector Sachin Kurve immediately rang Civil Surgeon Dr. U B Nawade and issued appropriate orders, while assured VTA that within two days ambulance will reach Central Facility Building (CFB), Mihan.
Submitting gratitude to District Collector Renu informed that although Collector had assured us of two days, but the ambulance reached CFB Mihan within few hours, which is highly appreciable gesture and fine example of efficiency.
J. P. Sharma said that new collector belonging to Nagpur is extremely advantageous as he is already aware of city’s problem sectors and VTA is certain that under his able regime all such sectors will be addressed soon.
Also present in VTA delegation were Joint Secretary Hemant Trivedi, Executive Body Member Amarjeet Singh Chawla, Rajesh Kanoongo, Saqib Parekh and Rohit Kanoongo.
