Bajirao-MasthaniNagpur: As the Great Friday descended with the year’s two most awaited movies – Bajirao Mastani and Dilwale, Nagpur movie freaks were super excited to crowd cinemas to be the part of this big screen extravaganza. Be it multiplexes or single screen theatres, both the movies registered house full occupancy in the city. As the two movies opened to packed houses, it turned out that Nagpur cine goers were pleased with the histrionics of Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra in the epic love story ‘Bajirao Mastani’. On the other hand, the viewers turned down ‘Dilwale’ as the non-sense repeated drama.

It was noticed that ‘Bajirao Mastani’ movie based on real historic story attracted the public through its trailor itself. As Nagpur Today interacted with city movie goers, many of them replied that they were eagerly waiting for ‘Bajirao Mastani’ on the silver screen. Public preferred Bajirao Mastani as the best movie and were impressed by the acting of the star cast of the movie. Public rated the Bhansali’s Movie ‘Bajirao Mastani’ five out of five.

The Rohit Shetty’s ‘Dilwale’ miserably failed to captivate the crowd. Many of the SRK fans in Nagpur were apparently disappointed and not satisfied at all, both in terms of the story and the act. ‘Dilwale’ is a Indian romantic action comedy film but could not impress the public as the movie was not based on real love story.

So for this time, the people of Nagpur were more attracted and interested in watching real historic love story on the silver screen than giving worth to any ‘Dilwale’.
