Nagpur: The hard-handed behaviour of Nagpur Traffic cop has evoked flak from citizens after the latter slapped a security guard over no parking issue in Tiranga Chowk under Sakkardara Police Station. The video of the incident has gone viral on social media platforms with clamour of action against the cop, from the Nagpurians.
According to sources, the guard works at Tiranga Chowk based hotel. The vehicles, often, parked in an erratic manner in front of the hotel attract police action. During one such interaction, cops were lifting vehicles parked in ‘No Parking’. During the action, the security guard walked to the on duty cop and picked up an argument over the vehicle lifting drive. As the matter escalated further, the on duty cop slapped the security guard in full public view.
Though, the security personnel confronted the traffic cop; however, slapping episode during an argument showed hard-handed behaviour of police.
