Nagpur News: VIA LEW is celebrating “International Women’s Day” with lots of Games and entertainment at VIA Hall, Udyog Bhawan, Civil Lines, Nagpur on Monday, 11th March, 2013 from 2.30 pm followed by motivational Talk by Ms. Shivani Dani NSIM Trainer – BETA. In addition, LEW will pronounce the “Best Lady Entrepreneur of the year award – 2013 – 14” on the same day. Further, the lady Entrepreneurs’ will be allotted free table space to display their creativity and products.
In a Press release Anita Rao,Chairperson – LEW informed that Women entrepreneurship developments are an essential pre-condition to the development of the nation as a whole. Entrepreneurship amongst women has been a recent concern. The development of women entrepreneurship is very low in India, especially in the rural areas. Women have become aware of their existence; their rights and their work situation. The educated women do not want to limit their lives in the four walls of the house. They demand equal respect from their partners. However, Indian women of middle class as well as in rural areas have to go a long way to alter their role and to achieve equal rights and position because traditions are deep rooted in Indian society. The progress is more visible among upper class families in urban cities. But still most of the women’s entrepreneurs’ work hard and do business and are very successful in the society. Women’s are very hard worker and equally balance their family and business. For further development of women’s in the society, Ms. Shivani Dani, NSIM Trainer – BETA and an eminent speaker will further motivate the lady entrepreneurs’ by generous a motivational talk to our members and non members of LEW.
