Lady Entrepreneurs’ Wing of Vidarbha Industries Association (VIA LEW) successfully organized an inspiring session titled “How to Turn Your Passion into Profit” on April 21, 2026, at Udyam Sabhagruh, Nagpur. The workshop aimed to empower aspiring as well as established women entrepreneurs to transform their creative passions into sustainable and profitable business ventures.
The session was led by renowned chocolate business coach and Co-Founder of Tricous Chocolates, Lulua Kapadia, who shared valuable insights from her journey of building a successful brand from the ground up.

Kapadia emphasized the importance of developing a strong personal identity without relying on external validation. She encouraged participants to take the first step with courage, highlighting that lack of time often reflects misplaced priorities, lack of confidence stems from inaction, and lack of clarity arises from not attempting.
She reinforced that starting small and learning through action is far more effective than waiting for perfect conditions. The session was highly engaging, with participants actively involved in exercises to identify their passions and strengths. Kapadia demonstrated how these could be translated into viable business opportunities using a simple framework—Passion: Dark Chocolates; Skill: Chocolate Making; Income Goal: ₹1 lakh per month.
She also showcased premium artisanal products such as apricot pâte de fruit, caramel salt bonbons, and visible inclusion tablets, illustrating the quality, creativity, and innovation required to build a premium brand.
Highlighting the essence of entrepreneurship, Kapadia noted that sustainable business growth is driven by continuous effort, learning, and improvement rather than waiting for flawless execution. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A, where she provided practical guidance tailored to participants’ individual ideas and challenges. She emphasized that while motivation is important, real transformation comes through immediate and consistent action.
Participants were also invited to continue their entrepreneurial journey by joining her professional community, gaining access to ongoing mentorship, tools, and growth strategies.
Earlier, Yogita Deshmukh, Chairperson – VIA LEW, in her welcome address, encouraged participants to take the first step toward converting their ideas and hobbies into income. She highlighted that success does not require perfection or large investments, but clarity and courage. Dr Anita Rao, Past Chairperson felicitated the speaker with a memento.
