Nagpur News: Vedbhumi Builders and Developers along with Raisoni Group would inaugurate their new residential apartment scheme Shraddhabhumi Towers at Mangalwari in Sadar on Sunday.
Director of Ved Bhumi, Vijay Pawar told mediapersons on the eve of the booking of their latest scheme that the twin towers project would consist of 70 flats in A wing and 52 flats in B wing, apart from 10 commercial and 10 office spaces each.
There would be 2-3-4 BHK flats with an area of 1,400 square foot, 1800 square foot and 2,400 square foot area respectively.
The rate for residential apartments would be ` 6,500 per square foot, for office 10,000 square foot and commercial shops 15,000 per square foot, Vijay Powar informed.
The scheme would be located on 70,000 square foot area with amenities like gym, jogging track, club house, basement and ground floor parking, community hall, CCTV camera , video door phone for each apartment, landscaped gardens and others. On the first day, 30 bookings are expected, Vijay Powar added. Finance would be provided by HDFC, Axis Bank, Punjab National Bank and SBI.
Every flat would have a spacious terrace, he further said. Ved Bhoomi has 2 projects so far and yet another project is likely to come up at Dhantoli. It has completed its biggest project at Wathoda on Ring Road, Vijay Powar added. Yogesh Chawal and Suchita Malewar were also present.
