UPSC NDA and NA Exam (II), 2015: Admit cards released

Nagpur: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will be conducting NDA and NA (II) examination on September 27, for enrolling interested and eligible candidates for admission into the NDA for the 136th course, and for the 98th Indian Naval Academy (INA) course, commencing on 2 July, 2016.

The application procedure of the UPSC for National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) examination (II) 2015 ended on July 23.

The admit cards for the examination has been released at the official website. The candidates will be selected based on the basis of written examination, psychological aptitude test, intelligence and personality test and SSB Interview. The candidates who would be selected to join the Indian Naval Academy would undergo 4 years B.Tech Course and would be given an opportunity to join executive and technical branches of the navy subject to availability of vacancies.

National Defence Academy: 320

Army: 208

Navy: 42

Air Force: 70

Naval Academy (10 plus two cadet entry scheme): 55

These vacancies are provisional and may be changed depending on the availability of training capacity of NDA.

Steps to download the admit cards

Log on to www.upsconline.nic.in.

Click on e-Admit Card – NDA (II) Examination, 2015 in What’s new notification box.

Click on download e-Admit Card.

Click yes after reading all the instructions carefully.

Click on either of the three given options to download the e-Admit Card – NDA (II) Examination, 2015: date of birth, roll number or registration number.

Enter all the required details and submit.

The admit card will be displayed on the screen.

Take out the print out of the admit card.

Exam pattern

The paper will consist of objective type questions which will be based on Mathematics, General and Ability Test. The duration of the exam is two and a half hours. The exam will carry a weightage of 900 marks.
