Unidentified man cheats NMC, send bogus appointment letter for Tax Collector

Nagpur News : On the complaint filed by NMC Superintendent, Sadar police has booked an unidentified man for allegedly duping NMC and submitting fake appointment letter for the post of Tax Collector.

Vijay Bangal, NMC Superintendent of Civil Lines branch told police that an unidentified accused has submitted a bogus appointment order for the post of tax collector at NMC Mahal office on October 14. The letter was handed over to three

NMC officials-Yogendra Abande, Sahil Indurkar and Sandeep Bawne.

However, after three days during inspection it was found that the appointment letter was fraud. After confirmation, Bangal filed a fraud complaint at Sadar police station on Monday.

Police has been investigating the letter and the fake address mentioned on it.
