Two youths duped of Rs 15.43 lakh over jobs

Kalamna police have booked two persons on the charges of duping two youths to the tune of lakhs by promising them job in Zilla Parishad.

According to police, the accused Rajkumar Tumbalkar (43), resident of Netaji Nagar, Nagpur and Dinesh Ronekar (44), resident of Ranala, Old Kamptee Road, trapped the youths Harihar Pundlik Kumbhare (36), resident of Netaji Nagar, Nagpur and Thakur. The accused promised Harihar and Thakur jobs in Zilla Parishad and in return took Rs 15.43 lakh from them. But the youths never got the jobs as promised by the accused. Both Rajkumar and Dinesh started hoodwinking and avoiding Harihar and Thakur whenever they were confronted by both on the jobs.  When Harihar and Thakur realized that both were duped, they lodged complaint with Kalamna police station. PSI Mote has booked both the accused Rajkumar Tumbalkar and Dinesh Ronekar under Sections 420, 34 of the IPC and is probing the matter further.
