Nagpur News: Finally, on Day-13, a Spanco man got the taste of his own bitter medicine when he was heckled and got some fisticuffs at the “powerful” hands two unidentified men.
According to reports, the two men forcibly entered the Control Room of 33/11 KV Spanco Sub-Station located in front of KusumagarHonda Showroom, Jattarodi, Imambada. The two men caught hold of the man, Vinod Bhaskar Kolhatkar, (32), resident of Ganpati Apartment, Reshimbagh Square, who was monitoring the Control Room. Once in their grip, the two men heckled, hit one or two fisticuffs, and abused him. They shouted the words: “Hamare Pet Par Lath Markar Yaha Nokri Kar Rahe Ho” (Serving here after making them jobless and starving). However, the two men did not stop by just manhandling Vinod Bhaskar Kolhatkar. They broke a table, shattered glass panes of the door and damaged other material before leaving the place.
Kolhatkar lodged a complaint against the unidentified men at Imambada Police Station where PSI Nile booked them under Sections 452, 504, 427, 34 of IPC and investigating the matter further.
The two men did a Vikas Kumbhare, albeit, in a miniscule proportion!! The BJP MLA had also stormed the Spanco Headquarters in Civil Lines along with hundreds of harassed and tortured consumers.

Since the past 12 days, and the Day 13 today, the Nagpur leaders were just, and just, excusing themselves for not raising the draconian Spanco issue aggressively, attackingly, and “abusingly” thereby forcing the Maharashtra Government to do the wrong the correct i.e. cancellation of agreement the Hitlerish Spanco and unleashing the dictatorial officials with strong actions.
Anyway, the Spanco was just jolted by a small incident. The Spanco should or must see it as a tip of iceberg in the Nagpur Citizen Ocean. (Tip of the iceberg is the small visible part of something, esp a problem or difficulty, that is much larger). Unless the Spanco mends its acts of harassment the iceberg might take a shape of a mountain, more than enough to crush the Satan Spanco.
Make no mistake. The manhandling of the Spanco man Vinod Bhaskar Kolhatkar is totally justified, and correct in all the senses. The word and spelling Spanco is absolutely innocent, harmless, and lovely, too. The word Spanco is not taking heavy toll of consumers. The men in Spanco have been unleashing the torture on the poor consumers. Make no mistake.
