Nagpur: Two kids aged 2 and 5 died in separate tragic incidents in city. The 2-year old Rasheed Sheikh Shakeel Sheikh, resident of Nirala Society, Bada Tajbagh, who was critically injured in LPG cylinder blast on June 16, died while undergoing treatment at GMCH on Tuesday. Sakkardara PSI J S Tiwari has registered a case of accidental death and probing the matter further.
In the second incident, 5-year old Swayam Umesh Pande, resident of Gedam Layout, IC Square, MIDC, lost his life when came in contact with a live high tension wire passing through terrace of Mukund Restaurant in the area. Swayam suffered severe burn injuries and died on the spot.
MIDC PSI N A Madankar, based on information provided by Ganesh Ramuji Pande (28), has registered a case of accidental death. Further probe is underway.
