Nagpur: Two brothers and their father outraged modesty of a woman and also thrashed her husband over a trivial issue. The two accused brothers have been arrested. The incident took place in Koradi area on Tuesday noon.
The complainant woman told police that around 12 noon on Tuesday she saw the four accused Prashant Yuvak Awale (26), Pravin Yuvak Awale (28), Yuval Awale and another accused Prashant Vaidya, all residing in the same area, taking photograph of her husband’s WagonR car. She immediately informed about the matter to her husband. When the husband asked the accused reason behind photographing his car, they told him that his car dashed against their vehicle. A verbal duel soon ensued between them. At that time, the accused indulged obscene acts and molested the woman. When her husband objected, the accused bashed him up.
Koradi PSI Gowardeep, acting on the woman’s complaint, booked the four accused under Sections 354, 323, 504, 34 of the IPC and arrested the two brothers Prashant Awale and Pravin Awale.
