Two brothers duped a man of Rs 7 lakh in the name of getting him job at Zilla Parishad. The incident happened under Hudkeshwar police station. Kamlesh Hanote, 30, has lodged his complaint against the accused Padmakar Ramdas Lambat and his brother Shekhar Ramdas Lambat. A case of fraud has been registered against both the brothers.

Police sources informed that Kamlesh, resident of Somwari Quarters has known Padmakar and Shekhar for quite some time. Meanwhile the brothers lured Kamlesh into the fake promise of job at Zilla Parishad and asked him to cough up Rs 7 lakh against the job assurance. Kamlesh relented and paid the entire sum to both of them. However, both remained elusive towards their promise. Whenever Kamlesh would quiz about the job, both of them ignored his call. Later, Kamlesh came to know that he was being cheated and that there was no job at all.
