Nagpur News : Pachpaoli police registered a case against two persons for neglecting the safety of people around and resulting in casualty of three persons and also causing damage of Rs 50,000 to a motorcycle. The accused have been identified as Atul Madankar and JCB driver who identity is yet to be established.
According to information, Atul Madankar is an Engineer with Roy Construction Company. On Friday, he asked the JCB driver to park the machine and collect the debris nearby. However, the JCB driver parked the JCB near a wall neglecting that people were residing near the wall. The driver also dropped the debris to the wall due to which three people suffered serious injuries and a motorcycle was damaged. The injured were rushed to Indira Gandhi Government Medical College and Hospital for treatment.
Pachpaoli police have registered an offence under Section 363, 337, 338, 427, 109 and 117 of the IPC against Atul and the JCB driver.
