Nagpur: A 16-year old girl going to tuition class walking was not only molested but bashed up severely by two young boys in Gittikhadan area on Monday evening.
The girl left home around 5.30 pm on Monday for going to tuition class. While she was walking towards the tuition class, the two accused boys Jeetu Munde and Akshay alias Sambha, both residents of Vaibhav Nagar, indulged in vulgar actions and beat up the girl severely.
Based on a complaint filed by the girl, Gittikhadan API D M Bhedodkar has booked the accused Jeetu Munde and Akshay alias Sambha under Sections 323, 341, 354(B), 506(B), 34 of IPC read with Sub-Sections 8, 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and searching for them.
