Nagpur: In a shocking incident captured on mobile phone footage, three employees of a towing van belonging to the Traffic Police brutally beat up a young man in the Gandhibagh area, causing outrage among citizens.
The incident unfolded on Tuesday evening when the youth was seated on his two-wheeler. Upon the arrival of the towing van, two employees approached the youth and forcibly removed him from his bike.

Despite resistance, the situation escalated into a violent altercation, with a third employee joining in the assault. Shockingly, despite the presence of traffic police officers at the scene, no intervention was made to stop the assault.
The video footage quickly spread across social media platforms, sparking questions about the alleged misuse of towing vans. While these vans are intended for removing vehicles from the road or no-parking areas, there have been longstanding allegations of personnel lifting vehicles from legal parking spaces.”
