The citizens already had the taste of traffic jam when the Gowari people turned up in large number to pay tribute to the martyrs at Gowari memorial. The traffic was stranded for hours together. The traffic department had to make lot of efforts to regularise the traffic and till evening the work of regularising traffic was going on.
