Nagpur: Beauty they say lies in the eyes of the beholder. Three beautiful girls were shortlisted as finalists from Nagpur city. These beauties were Anushtha Moolchandani, Priya Ninave and Divya Dhoke.
While Anushtha Moolchandani hails from Bhopal, she is pursuing her graduation in Architecture from Priyadarshini College of Architecture, Nagpur, Priya Ninave hails from Nagpur and has finished her Graduation in Commerce and has previous experience in fashion and modeling. Divya Dhoke hails from Wardha and is pursuing her Graduation in Engineering in Computer Science in Nagpur.
It takes a lot to be shortlisted among hundreds of models who come from auditioning of beauty pageant. You need not have to be very beautiful alone, you need to have a stage presence which will include walking, presenting your talents, the little extra that makes you stand out from others. While speaking to Nagpur Today, one of Judges of the fbb Femina Miss India 2016 in Nagpur Fashion Designer Shruti Sancheti said that one does not have to be beautiful alone, a lot of other factors influence your selection. Physical appearance, entire persona in totality, appeal, oomph factor and the ability to stand out among others are some of the qualities that make a beautiful girl get selected.
According to the Judges, physical fitness, toned skin and others are also said to make a big difference in appealing to the judges. At a preliminary level, their confidence, diction, pronunciations, personality are also seen, opined Shruti Sancheti. She claimed that the girls get trained later on to be perfect.
While speaking to Nagpur Today, the first finalist from Nagpur Anushtha Moolchandani said that she had the confidence, the right figure, body and the oomph factor to take part in the pageant so she enrolled herself and did her best which reached her to the final rounds in Nagpur. She felt that she wanted to explore the possibilities of winning the pageant. She claimed that she had the right attitude and the physical appearance to attempt participating in the pageant. She said that her mother, her cousin sisters, friends and others urged her to try at least once which kept her going. So said I felt why not give it a try and win she did! While speaking about her experience and her message to others who ever want to give it a try said that Be simple, Be yourself and do your very best. There is nothing to lose. While speaking about her hopes, she said that she hopes to win the Femina Miss World pageant.
While speaking to Nagpur Today, the next finalist from Nagpur Priya Ninawe said that she has done her graduation in Commerce and loves to be in front of camera. She has been doing various photo-shoots for various local ads and news. She claimed that she loves posing. She claimed that recently she won the Miss Style Icon 2015.
While relating about herself, she said that once selected she will work on beautifying her skin, her hair, her figure and her walk. She claims that she will certainly clear the training and will feature in the finalists of Femina Miss World.
She added that she has undergone some training from The Tiara in Pune and got trained by Ritika Ramatri.
The third finalist Divya Dhoke who hails from Wardha while speaking to Nagpur Today said that she prepared herself a lot to participate and reach the list of finalists from Nagpur. Once she heard been declared finalist from Nagpur, she claimed that she felt as if she is a princess. She is a beauty with brains since she too is pursuing her graduation in Engineering in Computer Science.
While speaking about her inspiration, she categorically claimed that it is none other than her parents, her brother and sister. She claimed that she has learnt from just seeing other pageants and the performance of other participants. She said that other former winners of the pageant like Priyanka Chopra, Diya Mirza and others have inspired her.
A step closer to Miss World:
The auditions of fbb Femina Miss India 2016 wrapped up with infinite oomph and glamour at Nagpur on December 21, 2015. The auditions held at a city hotel, received an overwhelming response from the city with participation from over 80 young girls competing for the crown
The auditions were judged by eminent personality from the glamour industry and the stiff competition made their job tough. The selected girls from the city will be fast-tracked to the final auditions at Mumbai. The Talent Partner India Next Media was also seen contributing to the success of the auditions. This year, the fbb Femina Miss India 2016 pageant traverses across 18 cities namely Hyderabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Indore, Chandigarh, Dehradoon, Ahemedabad, Goa, Nagpur Pune, Guwahati, Bhubheneshwar, Bhopal and Chennai, with three regional finals in Delhi Bangaluru and Kolkata. This all culminate into the final round of auditions in Mumbai.
Miss India organization has not only lived up to its reputation of producing veterans but also has gone onto become a platform for launching young talent into the Indian glamour Industry.
The grandeur of Miss India is such that one does not necessarily need to be a winner to become famous. Not just films and television, these beautiful girls are also the face of many major life-style, fashion and luxury brands in our country.
The final lists of fbb Femina Miss India 2016 will undergo vigorous training from one of the best experts and trainers in the industry before the Grand Finale in April. With a dynamic, holistic and rigorous training programme for the finalist, the gratification that the winners stand to gain runs into crores of rupees along with fame that transcends everything else.
