Nagpur: To pay tribute towards their teachers and to mark the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, 2nd President of democratic India, Teachers’ Day was celebrated at various departments of G. H. Raisoni Academy of Engineering & Technology, Nagpur September 5, 2017.
At the start students appreciated the dedicated teaching, motivation and constant guidance given by the faculty members. Students spoke about Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnanand requested faculties to always guide them.Faculties were felicitated by offering floral bouquet.Some games were organized exclusively for the faculties. HODs asked students to do regular studies and to maintain attendance in class. Students assured faculties that they will follow all the instructions given by them.
Students thanked Dr. Vivek Kapur, Principal; Dr. Sanjay Haridas, Vice-principal; Dr.Pankaj Agrawal, HOD E&C; Dr. Achal Sahare, HOD Mechanical; Prof. Deepa Telang, HOD Civil; Prof. Sonali Bodkhe, HOD CSE and Prof. Akhilesh Ugale, FY Co-ordinator for their constant guidance and allowing them to organize this program.
