Nagpur: Sri Sri Ravi Shankar of Art of Living Foundation has been in the news for his Ayodhya visit where he has gone to mediate in the Ram Janmabhoomi – Babri Masjid dispute. While he has invited the ire of Akhadas in Ayodhya, he will be coming to Nagpur on Friday evening. During his visit, Sri Sri will meet Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Chief Dr Mohan Bhagwat on Saturday. Sources have linked Sri’s meeting with Bhagwat to bringing out more effective resolution to the Ayodhya dispute.

It may be mentioned that Sri is scheduled to visit the city on Friday to participate in a three-day programme Antarang Varta, which would also be attended by Dr Bhagwat. According to the sources, the duo would also hold a closed-door meeting. Sri will also be briefing the outcome of his Ayodhya visit to Bhagwat.

It may be mentioned that Ayodhya’s Nirmohi Akhada Parishad along with Vishwa Hindu Parishad are opposed to Sri’s mediation in this matter. Sri may also work out the solution to this protest while he will meet Bhagwat.

Similarly laws to protect cows and the problems emanating from levying GST on fodder would also form the topics of the meeting, sources added.
