    : Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chauhan visited the city and called on Chief Sarkaryavahak of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Bhaiyyaji Joshi. Sources claimed that this is the second visit of Shivraj Singh Chauhan to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Bhaiyyaji Joshi. He was in a closed door meeting with Bhaiyyaji Joshi for over two hours. It was pre-decided to meet Sarkaryavahak Bhaiyyaji Joshi whenever Shivraj Singh Chauhan visits Nagpur.

    While speaking to media personnel, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chauhan, he said that he met Sarkaryavahak Bhaiyyaji Joshi to formally invite him to Sinhasta Mahakumbh organized at Ujjain on April 22, 2016.

    After emerging from the RSS Headquarters, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chauhan addressed the media personnel and said that the RSS Chief had laid the foundation stone for Gau Abyaranya (Cow Sanctuary) which is completed by Madhya Pradesh Government. Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that he has called Sarkaryavahak of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Bhaiyyaji Joshi to inaugurate the Gau Abyaranya (Cow Sanctuary). He added that he came to accord a personal and formal invitation to Sarkaryavahak Bhaiyyaji Joshi for the Sinhasta Mahakumbh organized at Ujjain on April 22, 2016.

    The Madhya Pradesh Government has accorded ideological importance to this religious festival of Mahakumbh and considers it to be a means of ideological brainstorming to face the many challenges of the world.

    Chauhan added that many religious leaders/teachers and intelligentsia will try and find solutions to the many problems faced by people in the world. Many intellectual people are slated to arrive at Ujjain to take part in the various debates and discussions on the occasion.

    Some of the vital issued slated to be discussed and deliberated upon include:

    1. Value based farming
    2. Religion for the upliftment of mankind,
    3. Change of water-air
    4. Organic farming
    5. Gram-Udhyog (Rural Industries)
    6. Women’s empowerment and 
    7. Cleanliness 

    Sarsangh Chalak of RSS Mohan Bhagwat will be participating in the programmes organized during the Sinhasta Mahakumbh. The Concluding Day programme will be chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

    Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chauhan that he has invited Sarkaryavahak Bhaiyyaji Joshi to speak in the deliberation and debate organized during this Sinhasta Mahakumbh.

    When asked about RSS giving new responsibilities to the Minister of Organization, Madhya Pradesh Government Arvind Menon, and the many speculations over his new responsibilities, Shivraj Singh Chauhan replied that RSS only allocates responsibilities; it neither installs nor removes any person. Arvind Menon is given new responsibility and he will function at national-level.

    MP CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan also claimed that there is a programme organized for celebrating Birth Anniversary of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar at the birth place in Madhya Pradesh on April 14, 2016. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is slated to be participating in this programme. A letter issued by the Madhya Pradesh Government making it compulsory to send college students was sent to every college in Madhya Pradesh. This drew a lot of ire and ridicule from the opposition. However, MP CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that this is totally false allegations on his government and vehemently claimed that no such letter was ever sent to any college by the MP Government.
