Shiv Sena Ministers press for Maratha reservation in Nagpur assembly

img-20161214-wa0003Nagpur: As Maratha silent march is gradually picking up in Nagpur on Wednesday, a handful of state ministers and MLAs belonging to Shiv Sena have supported the demand for reservation to Marathas in Vidhan Bhawan. All the Sena leaders showed their solidarity towards Maratha Kunbi community by wrapping up saffron turbans to their foreheads.
The cabinet ministers Eknath Shinde, Minister of State Gulabrao Patil, MLA Pratap Sarnaik along with many other Shiv Sena leaders extended their support to Maratha resevation on Wednesday in Vidhan Bhawan.

Shinde also presented his party’s stand on the issue and then demanded the reservation for Maratha Kunbi community.
