Seven booked for attempt to murder in a cross case

Nagpur News: Yashoddhara Nagar police have booked seven persons in a cross case on Sunday night. According to information, accused Sonu Khan Pammi Khan (25), Rajiq Sayed Sahbir Sheikh (23), Sheikh Adil Sheikh Lal Mohd (36) and Sheikh Mustafa Lal Mohd (42) all resident of Kundanlal Gupta Nagar attacked the complainant Mohd Iliyas Mohad Qureshi (29), a resident of Kundanlal Gupta Nagar, behind Rajesh Shahu’s house, Plot No. 271/272, Yashodhara Nagar and his brothers Mohd Ansar Mohd Mobin Qureshi (36), and Mohd Nisar Mohd Mobin Qureshi.

The accused attacked them with steel rods, and swords over some old rivalry. On the complaint of Mohd Iliyas, Yashodanagar PSI Mohankar booked all the accused and registered an offence under Sections 307 and 34 of the PC.

Further a cross case was filed against Mohd Iliyas Mohd Qureshi, Mohd Ansar Mohd Mobin Qureshi, and Mohd Nisar Mohd Mobin Qureshi, all resident of Kundanlal Gupta Nagar. Complainant Sonu Khan Pammi Khan, Rajiq Sayed Sahbir Sheikh, Sheikh Adil Sheikh Lal Mohd and Sheikh Mustafa Lal Mohd filed a complaint and said that the accused attacked them with swords and attempted to kill them over old rivalry.

PSI Mohankar registered an offence of attempt to murder against the accused under Sections 307 and 34 of the IPC, informed Deolkar.
