Bengaluru: Gauri Lankesh, a senior journalist in Bengaluru on Tuesday shot dead at her residence in Rajarajeshwari Nagar.

The Bengaluru Police Commissioner has confirmed the incident and top police officers are rushing to the spot.

Reports suggest unidentified men shot her three times from close range and she collapsed on the spot.
