Nagpur News:  Monday afternoon, Anti-corruption Bureau Nagpur team set a trap at Land recording office of Selu, Wardha and caught red-handed a land survey officer Gajanan Jeevtode for accepting bribe of Rs 15,000 to handover ‘K’ sheet to complainant Jagdish Tawri, a resident of Wardha.

Tawri claimed in his complaint that he had deposited government fee of Rs 17,500 for land surveying of his farm. Jeevtode while measuring his farm pointed out technical faults and put forth demand of Rs 15,000 to get the ‘K’ sheet to Twari. The ‘K’ sheet is given by the land survey office only if clear the land saying that it has no technical fault.

Jeevtode had called Tawri with the bribe amount at his Selu office where ACB team has set the trap and nabbed Jeevtode.
