Salman Khan is in trouble again and the bone of contention this time is his bodyguard Shera who thrashed and threatened a waiter of a hookah parlour in Mumbai. A case has been registered against Shera under sections 323, 326 of the Indian Penal Code at DN Nagar police station, Andheri (West) in Mumbai, according to television and agency reports. The allegation is that Shera threatened a waiter (who works in a hookah parlour) with a gun and broke his bone after they got into an argument on Tuesday evening. The man is serious and is hospitalised in Cooper Hospital, Juhu.
Section 323 deals with punishment for voluntarily causing hurt.
At the time of going online, Mumbai police has already reached Salman Khan’s house in Bandra and are waiting to arrest Shera soon. Neither Salman nor Shera have issued a statement so far. More details are awaited at this juncture.
Shera is extremely close to the Khan family and has been a loyal to them since 1997 when Salman’s bother Sohail first saw him and wanted him to be with the superstar during events and other times. Since then Shera has been very close to the actor, whom he calls ‘malik’.
Shera had also said that he has a close bond with the actor and it has been the same ever since he first met Salman. Salman Khan showed his generosity towards Shera by dedicating his film ‘Bodyguard’ to him.
Now will Salman Khan come to his man’s rescue? Or will this lead to double trouble for Sallu Bhai, considering he already has few pending cases against him?
