The Police Inspector of Sadar Police Station Rajratan Bansod, popularly called “Raja” in police and his friend circle, was accorded a grand send-off on his transfer to Nagpur RPTS on the post of DySP. Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Zone-2, Waghmare, ACP Dharamsheel, PI Mali, PI Nandurkar, staff of Sadar Police Station, journalists and his friends were present on the occasion.
PI Bansod was known a “Dabang” police officer in Sadar jurisdiction who handled every situation with adroitness and cracked many crimes during his tenure at Sadar Police Station. He was at ease with his colleagues and other lower ranked policemen as with their cooperation, PI Bansod solved many crime cases. PI Bansod extended help and cooperation to not only complainants but other common citizens as well whenever the situation demanded as a police officer and a human being, too.
Top police officials present at the send-off function, other policemen, journalists, friends, and citizens extended their good wishes to PI Bansod in his assignment at the Regional Police Training School, Nagpur and well being in his life.
