Nagpur: The Regional Transport Office (RTO), Nagpur East (MH-49) on Thursday has activated the new Sarthi 4.0 system for issuing Learning and Driving License. Sarthi 1.0 system is already functional at this office. For application submission procedure in this new 4.0 system is available on the website http://parivahan.gov.in. From today (March 2), services like issuing Learning and Driving License would be offered online through this new system. Citizens visiting Nagpur East RTO for Learning and Driving License should first fill up the form online and get appointment.
