Nagpur News : Rastrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University(RTMNU) will celebrate its 91st Foundation Day on Monday, August 4. Former chief justice of Calcutta High Court JN Patel is the chief guest of the programme. He would deliver a talk on ‘Judicial activism’ at Deshpande Hall. Classical music maestro Pt Sanjiv Abhyankar would render songs in the cultural evening.
University staffs to be felicitated.
On the occasion of the foundation day persons from the field of Education, Cultural, social and business field will be felicitated with Jeevan Sadhna Awards. Renowned dramatist Mahesh Elkunchwa, Senior Journalist Dadhshiwar, HoD of Cancer Department Dr Krishana Kamble and Dr.Thrity Patel.
Awards for Ideal Principal and Ideal Teacher will also felicitated. Dr.Keshav Bhandarkar and Dr.Bhaskar Patel will be awarded Ideal Principal awards. Teachers Dr.Deepak Malpe, Dr.Pratibha Siria and Dr.Shreebala Deshpande will be felicitated with Ideal Teacher awards.
