Nagpur: As the Nagpur city’s limit has been increased, the basic amenities need to be developed under the Nagpur Municipal Corporation’s extended areas. Thus, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Guardian Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule have taken a policy decision to sanction the proposal of Rs 63.05 crore for the development of extended areas. The NMC would share Rs 12.61 crore of the proposed amount while the government would provide Rs 50.44 crore for the proposal. The government will release Rs 25.22 crore as first installment of its announced contribution, Rs 50.44 crore.
