Results of CBSE Class 10 examinations for 2017-18 to be declared by 4 pm on Tuesday May 29

Nagpur/New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will declare the result of Class 10 exam on its official website on May 29, Tuesday, by 4pm, Anil Swarup, Secretary School Education, HRD Ministry, announced in a tweet on Monday. The information was confirmed by CBSE officials.

Students can check their results on the official websites of the board: www.cbseresults.nic.in, www.cbse.nic.in and www.results.nic.in after the result is released.

Students of Class 10 will also be able to check their result on Google by searching for CBSE Class 10 result. They will have to key in the required details to login and check their results.

CBSE board exam results 2018: Steps to check

1) Log on to cbseresults.nic.in

2) Click on the link for result 2018

3) Key in the details as required on the login page that opens

4) Submit

5) Result will be displayed on the screen

6) Download the result and take a print out of the same

Around 28 lakh students registered to appear for the CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 examinations this year.

More than 16,38,420 candidates registered for the Class 10 exam conducted at 4,453 centres across India and 78 centres abroad. For Class 12, 11,86,306 candidates registered and the exams were held at 4,138 centres in India and 71 centres outside the country.
