Industry Exposure and Working Environment of organization
On 6th February 2016, 54 students of B.E. Electronics & Communication of Priyadarshini Indira Gandhi College of Engineering visited “PURTI POWER PLANT & SUGAR MILL” BELA, under the supervision of Mr. Singh, Supervisor , Prof. Vrushali Shirpurkar & Prof. Tushar More, Industrial Visit Incharge , Prof. Rutesh lonkar & Prof. Snehal Shegaonkar Facuty Member, co-ordinate the student. The students were introduced to Power Plant of 24 MWatt and they explained the working of technical and personal aspects . The engineers and technical staff of the industry introduced Students about the working style of the industry. The apprentices visited different department of production wings . It was certainly a great experience for students as they got to know more about the working environment of industry an interactive session with their mentors and Engineers.
Priyadarshini Indira Gandhi College always looks forward for such trip to organize such educational visits as We believes that students should be exposed to practical knowledge. Dr. R. V.
